Residential Entry Refresh

Our team developed a series of design concepts for a residential loft building lobby entry refresh, focused on creating a warmer, more welcoming arrival experience while respecting the existing character of the building. The work included interior finish studies, lighting concepts, entry hall renderings, and material selections intended to improve the first impression of the space without over-renovating or losing its established identity.

The design approach balances practical upgrades with a refined residential character, incorporating durable finishes, improved lighting, thoughtful furnishings, and coordinated details that help define the lobby as a comfortable, polished, and inviting shared entry space.
