Staff
David J. Anderson is Project Manager for
Johnson-Schmidt and Associates. He has a depth of
experience in schematic design, cost estimating,
contract administration, and construction management,
and has managed commercial projects ranging from $.5
million to $1.3 million. These include the interior
renovation of the Elmira Corning Regional Airport
Passenger Lounge, a feasibility study for the Town
of Franklinville, and major projects at hospitals,
schools, and corporate manufacturing and office
facilities. He provides
equally careful management of smaller non-profit and
residential projects.
Prior to joining Johnson-Schmidt and Associates, David
held positions as Project Manager and CAD Coordinator
for King and King Architects; Architectural Designer
and CAD Coordinator for Hunt Engineers, Architects and
Land Surveyors, and for Sear-Brown, and Structural
Detailer for Amthor Steel.
He recently served as Communications Director for the
Southern New York Chapter of the American Institute of
Architects.
