Corning War Memorial

The War Memorial Library, a Carnegie Library built in 1929, has been vacant for many years. J-S&A has designed the building for reuse as housing. The outstanding interior millwork, fireplaces and mantles will be restored as well as many of its original features, once funding and financing is secured. The rehabilitation project is expected to be a Federal and State Historic Preservation Tax Credit Project.
