School 3 Condominiums - Adaptive Reuse

This 1906 school was converted into six condominiums. The central stairwell and hallways were preserved, and each unit was designed to retain the spacious character of turn-of-the-century classrooms. Hardwood floors and wainscoting were stripped and refinished, tin ceilings prepared and painted, and the tall windows retained, and original moldings were either refinished or rebuilt.
