Klugo Apartments
Klugo Partners hired J-S&A for full Architectural Services and Historic Tax Act Application for a 10,000 SF mixed use building. The building was rehabilitated for use as seven market rate apartments with retail on the first floor. The project received Restore NY funding, a NY Main Street grant, property tax reduction through 444A and historic preservation tax credits. The building is fully occupied. |
