Fellows Cottage Restoration

This tumbledown cottage almost tells its own story. After years of neglect, it began a transformation when the new owner saw the potential and bought it. Since it had undergone no renovation, we were able to determine the original floor plan and materials were fairly easily discerned, and the owner restored the structure faithfully, while creating pleasing, functional spaces for contemporary living needs while maintaining the charm of the original structure.
