Schenectady Façade Program Phases I & II

The Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority through the Chamber of Schenectady County hired J-S&A to design consistent approaches to buildings to form a more aesthetically coherent downtown. J-S&A performed full Architectural Services for ten buildings in four corridors in Schenectady County. J-S&A is currently working on the Second Phase. The Metroplex’s Grant Program is very similar in structure and intent to the NY Main Street Program.
