Magee Landing, Watkins Glen, NY

This former municipal building was originally used as a maltery. JS&A was hired for full architectural services to rehabilitate this building as a restaurant and seven market rate apartments. The project received Restore NY funding and is currently underway. The restaurant is accessible by boat and is expected to be a destination for residents and visitors to Seneca Lake. A top floor is being added to the building as a penthouse apartment and all units have a stunning view of Seneca Lake.
